Anyone else unable to login in to Native Access 2?

Hi all,

Is anyone else unable to login into Native Access 2? Support only asks if I have rebooted, VPN, etc. I replied to them explaining I have rebooted numerous times, no VPN was in use. They haven't responded with a follow-up, and I was wondering if someone else may have solved this as I see there is a closed thread with the same issue but no solution mentioned..

    Hello,

    on my computer it works, have you checked the firewall? What does the program shows what is the exact issue, if there is an error prompt. Are you sure the mail and pw is correct?

    No firewall. I have tried administrator login. Correct password and username as I can login to NI website and it shows all my products, serials, etc.

    I get an error pop-up:

    Unable to log in. Please restart your computer and try again. If the problem persists, please contact support.

    Release: 2.7.0

    same problem here. on Mac Monterey, window opens but is blank. Firewall not an issue. Interestingly, under Security>Privacy>Files and Folders, I see NA in the list but it is grayed out. I cannot option it or actually add anything else. Might be an OS problem?

    @Zen Seeker Hopefully my colleagues can provide a workaround.

    @TuvanDrone Make sure to give Native Access full disk access: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

    I also see CCleaner in here, it's known to create a lot of damage on users systems, it's also a source of problems I would not recommend using it. Notes on Using Registry or Property List Cleaning Utilities
