Hi, I bought a Traktor S2 MK3 console on 09.06.2026 and I didn't get the Traktor Pro 4 version of the software, only the Traktor Pro 3 one. Can I get the license for the Traktor Pro 4 version? @Jeremy_NI

Thanks for pointing me to the support portal, I actually already have an open ticket there (Case #858888, submitted 3+ days ago. So far I've only received the automated "thank you for your patience" reply, with no update from an actual agent. Since you mentioned your colleagues have the tools to help, would it be possible to flag my case internally so it gets picked up? I'd really appreciate any help moving it along.

NI support do not work weekends, plus there is delays getting support at the moment.

Since you mentioned your colleagues have the tools to help, would it be possible to flag my case internally so it gets picked up? I'd really appreciate any help moving it along.

Because of the Support delays after recent inMusic dispositions then usually NI asks for your patience and most likely you should not expect your case to be receive any special priority unless you experience serious delays…
