Disk not accepting serial number is it any way around it ?

Question

The disk will not register to another laptop what do I do I have purchased machine and now I can not use it the way I desire to use it does any body have a file that will allow me to register machine or by pass the serial number so that I can use the full function machine ??

Please contact N.I. Support , use the bot Riff to open a ticket , tell Riff that the suggestions do not help and that you want to open a ticket and have human support assistance..

If a software or device is registered to your avvount then you should be able to install the same software on up to three computers using latest version of Native Access for your OS if you are logged into the same account with same login credentials (same email and password).

However then if your software is Maschine 1 then it will not show in N.A. if the software is not compatible with your OS.  You should be able to get the Maschine 1 software as a  download :  Where to get Maschine 1 software

Else then please describe situation in more and better details !

If you have bought the device secondhand and do not actually have registered the serial to your account at all then you would have to contact  N.I.  Support and ask them to transfer the device to your account (also

include picture of serial on bottom of device as well as purchase receipt.) . Then if whoever the device is presently registered to do not object if/when contacted by NI then NI Support will transfer it to you and you should also receive any base software for the device if any…
