Where to get Maschine 1 software

Hi there,

I bought the Machine Mikro MK2 about 10 years ago with the Maschine Software.

My PC died and I wanted to download the Software on my new PC via Native Access...

It' is not shown there. I can just use the Demo version now. The NI support is not answering tickets. I don't want to buy it again. Left so much money to native with all the packs and can't use them now.

@RoninAlpha73 With your Maschine Mikro Mk2 came the Maschine 1 software. It was discontinued before Native Access was even born, it won't show up.

Here are the installers,

First you need to install Maschine 1.8.0

Then the Maschine 1.8.2 update

Then the Maschine Factory Library 1.8.0

Please note this was discontinued a long time ago so it might not be fully functional on current operating systems.

Maschine 2 is a paying update, it's 50% off at the moment: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/maschine/maschine-accessories/maschine-2.0-software-update/

Is your Mikro MK2 registered in your NA account? Otherwise this could be why the software is showing as demo.

The MK2 Mikro is registered in my account jes. it doesn't show the Maschine software.

There is one MK2 Black and one MK 2 HW shown to be registered. I just have 1

Maybe it could be caused, gbecause I was not using Maschine 2 Software?. now I downloaded it and did not upgraded it to Maschine 2.0

Is this version 2.0? I need version 2.0

@nazsect Well, no, it's 1.8.0, since you have a license for the Maschine 2 software, it should be available to download and install in Native Access.
