Unraveling License Transfer + Legacy Entitlement Confusion

Question

Overview

I have two distinct accounts:

* One old account created upon initial purchase of my hardware & software (around 2017-18).
* One new account created in 2025.

My goal is to migrate to the new account.

So far, I've successfully transferred the hardware license.

However I am now potentially reconsidering due to concerns about losing entitlements to products included in my legacy Komplete collections.

There appears to be a decent number of products present on the original account which are absent from the new account.

Examples:

Expansions Selection (Maschine), Play Series Selection, Retro Machines MKII, The Gentleman, Vintage Organs

The original account currently shows:

* KOMPLETE 11 SELECT for existing MASCHINE — Registered, not transferable
* KOMPLETE SELECT — Registered, not transferable
* KOMPLETE START – Kontakt Factory Selection — Registered, not transferable
* Komplete Start – Reaktor Factory Selection — Registered, not transferable

The new account now shows:

* Maschine 2 for Maschine Mikro Mk2 — Full Version, transferable
* KOMPLETE SELECTION for MASCHINE 2 — Update, transferable

As such, I'm trying to understand:

* What should happen to the KOMPLETE/MASCHINE software entitlements associated with a MASCHINE Mikro MK2 when the hardware license is transferred to another NI account?
* Whether the new account has received all of the software entitlements that should accompany the transferred Mikro MK2, particularly the KOMPLETE Select entitlement historically associated with the hardware.

Ultimately it seems like one of the following is the case:

* The supplemental entitlement is correct - Thus, if I stick with my new account, I will lose access to the legacy products which are not included in the newest supplemental version of Komplete Select.
* The new entitlement was potentially never actually generated/granted upon registration of the Mikro Mk2 on the new account.

Fair suggestion. However, hear me out:

My concern is that merging the accounts without first clarifying the specific licensing questions I'm asking could potentially result in older, non-transferable/legacy entitlements being superseded or replaced by their modern supplemental counterparts.
