ive rebooted, cleared browser cache etc. I downloaded another expansion this morning fine.
Easiest attempt to fix is to see if the workaround works , which is exit N.A. then download from Account downloads and try installing manually to see if that works…

Ooops ! , yes , that information might have been appropriate from the start 😁
And to then answer your initial question again ("Why cant I download Drift theory?") then you can not download Drift Theory because you have not nought it yet !
As for the error "Oops! Something went wrong!" when trying to buy the Drift Theory in the shop then that is a NI shop screw-up , someone typed something wrong somewhere in the shop so that the link do not work.
I can report it but most likely this will not be fixed until sometime late Monday or even later , unless of course that NI are already aware of the problem and are on the job !
