Why has my Kontakt licence been downgraded to player?

Question

I logged into NA and the update I had for Kontakt 8 is now showing as Kontakt 8 player. I also have 5, 6 & 7 installed for various reasons and 6, 7 and 8 are all showing as the player version.

My two NI and Izotope accounts were merged, but they are a bit of a mess. I still don't have access to Maschine 3.5, only 3.42 is showing in both accounts. I just need one account with all my products correctly showing. Is this possible to sort out?

Of course it is possible to sort out.  But only  N.I. Support can do it.    Please contact N.I. Support

Also please notice that when you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails as long as that you still need help , else the ticket will close.

Did you actually purchase K8?

And you mention multiple accounts? Which one are you logged in under?

You can check the status of all licenses by logging in online and see what is up with Kontakt

High level - if every one of your Kontakt licenses have suddenly reverted to Player - it is probably something to do with the account your are logged in as
