Maschine 3.5 is crashing my computer constantly. How can I roll back to 3.4.2? I followed the instructions in Native Access and it only allowed me to reinstall 3.5.

Trying to reinstall Maschine 3.5 because a lot of libraries do not install correctly on it or do you think this is a correct start of a library on a MacBook Pro M5.

WTF….greets, anyway, I hope InMusic is aware of what they bought 🙄. I decided I've had it with Native Instruments. Next buy, Roland D50….I don't want your unstable craposa for free anymore. Black Friday I'll give Arturia's V collection a spin. Kontakt I will still use but don't bother upgrading it.
Hey there, this seems to be a strange issue and not expected. It seems you didn't contact support about that issue.
Was everything working as expected before? Did it start to happen at some point? After an update? Ni update? OS update? What format is your external hard drive?
Jeremy, do you think insulting a person is the right way of reacting to a 6 year long client who has invested about 2000 euro in your companies software. Of course I installed the software from scratch, hence reinstalling after deinstalling. Now deinstallig everything. Reiinstlled 3.5 twice, Reinstalled several failing expansions twice. Your install routine isn't yhe most stable in the business. Germans have no clue how to code. Believe me that is 15 years of creaying software. So I would pipe down and I'm current downloading and installing 3.4 if that works I'll be done with Native Instruments for a while. Kontakt works, KK works, My Akai samplers MPC 2500 SE and soon an MPC Live XL (so it will stay in the company wont it)😀 and a tiny Akai Keyboard which also works in KK. Maschine will not be upgraded. And your company wll be not be contacted anymore and no money wll flow from me to your company anymore….check my record. I hope reverting to 3.4 will resolve the issues, till later. I still don't have a clue how I could find directories of your employees in my Maschine 3.5 installation.

Do you think they went belly up because of there software quality? Maschine is an coding graveyward. Constant trouble, had to install the program at least 15 times because it brole its own installatiopn and there is no way to pint the software to the right directories manually only on a sample per sample basis and with a library of 80 expensions that is sort not fun. Stupid fact is, half the expansions work like a charm and the other half fails misserably. And I'm trying to get some work done. Not fun at all, so I hope 3.4 solves the trick. One day late I can manage 2 days as wel, I don't do weekends anyway.
I have experience with several software project running German software. No clue how to code. BTW neither do Dutchies, or Americans. Both succeeded in sending me over software that didn"t even make the startup test. Not cool when you spend a 3 figure sum (in millions) on software. Taxpayers money.
And here I got the personal directories of the Native Instruments sound designers as the directory were good old Maschine looks for the expansion. Not the directory on my T7 were the expansion is located. As I specified in Native Access. And what do they send me a link were I can download Native Access. Like I didn't do that before. They can bloody well check that. It is not the fist mistake they made this year. I had an account at IZotope (Nectar, Vocal Synth 2, Iris 2, but also Ozone 11 pro and a Native Instruments account. Both under a different email. I had changed my email with the help of the helpdesk, and then they merged IZotope and NI's databases…..guess, what, all my NI purchases gone. Took them 3 days to set that straight. So no, Germans do not know how to code.
Not sure what you mean here. No one insulted you in any way. The issue you are experiencing with Maschine 3.5 has not been reported elsewhere yet. This is why we are asking questions and would like to investigate the issue. For this we need more information in order to understand the issue in order to fix it, in case it is a broader issue or troubleshoot yours if it's a more system issue. I found your support request and will get back to you there. The first reply you got was an automated one and in this case it didn't help. Frustration is understandable but there is no need to be so aggressive, we're really here to help and fix the issue.
