When i try buy 199€ upgrade shows me following error"Oops! Something went wrong!"

Hi, I just tried to buy the Komplete 15 Standard update from the Native Instruments website for €199 (I'm eligible). I added it to my cart, confirmed the boxes by checking the boxes, accepted, and clicked continue (but the following error appeared):

@Jowe79 There hasn't been any other reports. Not sure what happened here, we cleared your cart, please give it a try again, in case it's still doesn't work, try from a different internet browser or device. and if you still need help, you can reply to the support request you opened yesterday.

Your headline text and your body text conflict suggests that you are maybe not completely aware of the difference between update and upgrade

Please define 'I'm eligible' .

The €199 update is for people that already have Komplete Standard 2-14 .

The €499  upgrade is for people that does not yet have Komplete Standard but qualifies for an upgrade discount.

If you already have Komplete Standard and are 'eligible' for the €199 update price then please  also try another browser, not used before, with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome,Vivaldi browser and Opera browser , depending on what you do not usually use).   The suggested browsers are what I expect will work if having never been installed before on the computer and then used as is with no extensions and all cookies accepted.

I've seen that occasionally, for me signing out of the site then signing in again cleared the problem. Give that a try and let us know if it helped.
