I’ve submitted the license transfer(for Komplete 11 Ultimate Upgrade KSelect, Maschine MK3 HW) ticket several times(This is because it has not been 60 days since the license was registered.) and received a response, but even though I sent another message asking for further assistance, I haven’t received a reply.
Based on my experience submitting multiple support tickets to NI, almost all of the initial responses I received were either generated by AI or were boilerplate replies. To get proper assistance, I had to send a follow-up reply, but the NI support team doesn’t even read these replies properly and never gets back to me.
I think NI’s inadequate customer support extremely frustrating. Other companies offer live chat support, making it much easier to get assistance.
