Product Missing from Native Access

Hi Team,

I got a new macbook and installed Native Access and Traktor pro 4. My Traktor Pro 4 is isted but only as a demo. I previously used Traktor Pro 2 and paid to upgrade to 3. I then purchased an S4 mk3 second hand and I was able to use Traktor 4 with this. I am no longer to access Traktor, only the demo version of 4. Is anyone able to assist?

Most basically then you need to check that you are logged into the same correct account in Native Access (with same email and password) as the one that you have on the NI Site and then also check you product license list on the site.

Else you can check the My products are showing as demo in Native Access troubleshooter.

Hey Matt, I just had a look on your account on your database and I see that your Traktor Pro 4 update license is on your account but it is not registered.

That is why it's showing for you as demo in Native Access.

I couldn't see any licenses for Traktor Pro 2 or 3 on your account. Therefore the update license will not work for you properly. If you have used any other account with us in the past, your TP2 license may be there registered there.

If that's the case, please let me know and I will create a support ticket for you with our account team

Hi Cliona, I had Traktor Pro 2 on my email address that I still use to log into Native Instruments website and also Native Access. From looking through my Outlook I updated to Traktor Pro 3 in 2019 it looks like (Your order number is: xxxxxxxx Your order reference: xxxxxxxx) I remember there was a discount on so cost me 25 euros. Are you able create a ticket and investigate further? Its just strange as I have only ever used one email address. So i went from Pro 2 to Pro 3 and then Pro 4 but again, I cant open anything.
