Hello, I can't open Traktor pro 4. I've already done an update but it still doesn't work.
Have you checked the Traktor Crashes solutions ?
Also then did you give ALL NI apps full disk access ? : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Has TP4 ever worked on your system, or did it work before you did an update? Also, are you using an Intel based Mac or an M-series?
