I have an X1 MK3 that I'm selling to someone else. I've had it less than 60 days which means the online transfer request system doesn't work yet. I need someone at NI to manually kick things off, as per the documentation.
I'm posting this in the hope that a mod or someone at NI sees this and can help because the official support contact has been useless. They spit out the same automated email without actually looking into the issue and then stop responding to follow up emails.
