Traktor pro 4, not install

Hi! I just purchased Traktor Pro 4, the upgrade version from Traktor Pro 3. I’ve completed the payment, but for a few days now it hasn’t shown up at all in Native Access for installation. In “My Products” it appears as “Not registered.”

I also contacted Native Instruments, but I haven’t received any response.

Can someone please help me gain access to the software? I’m mostly upset about the money I’ve paid and the non-existent software I supposedly own :))))

You should have gotten a key, that you need to activate in native access. At least that is my understanding.

Maybe check your mails again?

If you login to the website on the right upper corner check the user icon and my products. Check to see if Traktor 4 update is listed.

Try uninstalling Native Access completely and reinstall from this page.

In my order confirmation (2024) there was no serial. In fact NI clearly states no serials will be send by mail. Unless this has changed, I don't think Dj DxL has a serial in his mailbox.

This is what I see in my products. I reinstalled native access and still nothing. I only have the demo version for pro 4.

Which version of macOS are you using? You have installed the latest version of Native Access for Apple Silicon? Has Native Access full disc access? You are logged into Native Access with the same account as on NI website?

You can try to install Traktor Pro 4 with the standalone installer. You can get it on NI Downloads site: https://www.native-instruments.com/de/account/downloads

After installation you still have to activate it with Native Access though.

If none of this helps, please contact NI support. They are able to apply your TP 4 license to your account.

Agreed with others.

All purchased products start their life in Not Registered until installed - when they move to Installed.

If you purchase anything from the NI Shop - there is no need to ever enter a serial.

The fact it is not in Native Access tells me that your OS probably does not meet current requirements.

When did you contact N.I. Support ? and did you get a ticket confirmation ? Even if then it could take a few days to receive a response.

As VocalPoint writes then if your OS does not support the software then it will not show in Native Access , Traktor Pro 4 require at least Mac OS 12 , what is your OS ?

Also then be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS.
