Hi! I just purchased Traktor Pro 4, the upgrade version from Traktor Pro 3. I’ve completed the payment, but for a few days now it hasn’t shown up at all in Native Access for installation. In “My Products” it appears as “Not registered.”
I also contacted Native Instruments, but I haven’t received any response.
Can someone please help me gain access to the software? I’m mostly upset about the money I’ve paid and the non-existent software I supposedly own :))))
