Why can´t I activate Traktor Audio 6 and Komplete Audio 6 together in Asio4all?

Hi,

I´m having trouble to use the ASIO4ALL driver together on Komplete Audio 6 and Traktor Audio 6; always when I try to activate an channel it deactivates the other one. So i can only use 1 entry and one output channel per interface.

I´m trying for days to fix this have done everything I found in the web but it still doesn´t work.

Can you take a screenshot of your asio4all?

Why would you even need the completely useless ASIO4All - when you should be using the standard driver that is designed for the Komplete Audio 6?

Because he wants to use both devices at the same time. And Traktor only allows for a single device at a time.

ASIO - by design - will only ever allow a single device at any given time - regardless of how many drivers you have installed…

Did you turn off the 'Exclusive mode' ?

Open a Windows Administrator Terminal/Command prompt

in command prompt type mmsys.cpl

hit enter

Select tab Playback , Select your active audio device (e.g., your speakers or headphones), right click and click Properties.

Select tab Advanced . Uncheck both options under Exclusive Mode (Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device Give exclusive mode applications priority)

As an alternative then you can also try using Steinberg built-in ASIO Driver: information & download for all music programs and DAW (remember to check the "Steinberg built-in ASIO Driver Setup (x64)" setup program after installation)

and also turn off the 'Exclusive mode' ,

Also , please notice that the Steinberg built-in ASIO Driver from what other people say is one of them 'not a real ASIO driver' (almost as unpopular as ASIO4All) and that it may give more latency than some other 'ASIO' drivers.

Are the official drivers installed?

And am I assuming right you are using asio4all to combine two interfaces?

yes exclusive mode is completely deactivated, i also can turn every single on when i choose another driver in traktor except asio4all but when i switch it to asio 4 all it deactivates them and i can only choose one in and out per interface..

tried the steinberg as you said but i cant open the settings with traktor

yes the official drivers are installed and yes i want to combine them. it works without problems aslong as i dont use it in traktor but thats exactly what i need it for, even in traktor via asio4all i can use every other audio interface without problem except the NI Hardware 😑 maybe they made some protection to force you to buy a traktor audio 10? but even this won´t fit.

i´m trying to make an "integrated system" of this on one computer and even want to add more equip to it so an audio 10 couldnt handle it too.

i am trying to connect the two interfaces in traktor and later in the mpc to make samples and so on for this i cant use the normal drivers from NI because traktor only supports one soundcard without asio

no traktor, no problem - i can use all interfaces together just not in traktor. when i switch to asio4all in traktor it automatically lets just use 2 channels (in and out) of both devices this is really frustrating me because normally i wanted to stay at traktor

yes in the program it only allows one interface that´s why people use asio4all to combine different interfaces works even in traktor aslong as you dont use NI interfaces 😑
