Hello, I have a Launchkey MK4 25 MIDI controller, and purchasing this controller is supposed to give me access to Native Instruments' Komplet 15 Select, which is listed in “My Products” but marked as “not activated.” I believe that in order to do this, I need to install Native Access, but when I try to install it, I get an error message saying that I may not have the necessary permissions to do so.
