Heavyocity Product Not Installing

I've been trying to reinstall Forzo by Heavyocity for a while now. I've tried many different ways to no avail. I've had to turn in so many tracks that lack the heavy brass I'm craving!!!

Ive tried:
1. Using Native Access: The installation starts and the bar fills up completely, but then it gives an error saying I have to give full access, which I did.

2. Heavyocity Portal: I didn't have an account when I purchased the product, so there's no way to install it through the portal. I tried adding the license key, but it doesn't recognize it.

3. NI Download Manager: Downloaded the Forzo ISO downloader. I get a warning about malware but still open the .pkg file, but when I click install it says "The installer could not install the software because there was no software found to install"

Would appreciate your assistance as I've got some deadlines approaching

I believe this product is:

Available as direct download only

So I do not believe you will not get it via Native Access. This will be via the Portal app only.

Like many of their older products - download/install via Portal and then you "locate" via Native Access to authorize.

I recently purchased Machina and Oblivion from Heavyocity and there are no ISOs for these in my NI Download area

i´m not a mac user but first if you bought this library from the native website and you can download it via na you don´t need to download it from the heavyocity website, at least i also own two libraries from heaviocity and they work (download/activation) via na. Have you also given access to the local network:

There where also some problems with mac os and some libraries while trying to install on external drives so you could installthe library on the internal drive then copy it to the external drive and repair it.

And if that all does not work maybe contact support here, try what the AI suggests if that does not help answer it and at some point you can open a ticket:

The download button is on the visible in Native Access. According to Heavyocity, if the button says "install" and not "add product" or something along those lines, it should be working properly, but it isn't. I do have the ISO file for Forzo, but it's not installing properly either. Also, the product does not appear in my Portal.

Nothing related to Native Instruments is appearing in my Local Network List. Also, I am not trying to install to an external drive. The issue is there even when trying to install directly to my laptop's ssd. I will contact support

If you see it in native access with the install button, all is handled via native access, that's correct, if not you have to download the product, place it in a folder and use the "add product" button or what it's called like - anyway - best is to contact support and give them as much information as you can give. And maybe try one product at a time. Maybe there is another issue with tahoe here and those products but support will find out and I hope you'll get it fixed.

@TheKey The product was finally migrated to the new installer tech, you should now be able to download and install it from Native Access.
