Traktor Pro 3 license availability & Numark 4Trak compatibility with TP4

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to contact Native Instruments through the Support Center, but the chat and ticket page fail to load on my side, so I’m posting here instead.

My main issue is related to controller compatibility and licensing.

I own a Numark 4Trak, which—based on my tests—appears to function correctly only with Traktor Pro 3.

At the moment, I’m unable to find a Traktor Pro 3 license online.

I’ve already tried the solutions found online to use the 4Trak with Traktor Pro 4, apart from doing any custom/manual MIDI mapping so far.

I would like to ask the NI team and the community:

Is it still possible to obtain or be granted access to a Traktor Pro 3 license?

Alternatively, has full and confirmed compatibility between Numark 4Trak and Traktor Pro 4 been achieved, without the need for manual mapping?

Any technical clarification or official feedback would be highly appreciated.

You can obtain a Traktor Pro 3 licence on two ways:

1.) Get a used licence via reverb, eBay or in the Buy/Sell/Trade thread in this community. (Or another platform.)

2.) Buy a device with a bundled TP3 licence and get a transfer ID from the seller.
