Email recovery

Hi guys

I bought Mikro Machine Mk3 and I did the registration like 3 years ago with different MacBook and never used it

Now I want to register the product on Native Access , by entering the the serial number, I have an error message saying that this product has been already registered with a different account ( Probably I used that time a different email address which I can't find it right now to recover the registration of the product)

Hello,

only support can help you out here, open the chat and try all the stuff they recommend if that does not help, say it and you should be able to open a ticket. Be as specific as possible and provide as much information as you can give. (receipt, old mail,…)

I used that time a different email address which I can't find it right now

If you have already registered the serial in Native Access using another account that you have no longer access to then you will have to ask Account Support
