Hello Support Team,
I’m trying to add additional contact details to my Native Instruments account, such as a secondary email address or a mobile number, but I don’t see an option to do so.
My current email address is linked to my broadband service provider, and that service will be terminated in two weeks because I’m moving to a different provider. Once that happens, I’ll no longer have access to this email address. This is a concern, as any important account notifications or support responses would be sent to an email I can’t access.
Could you please advise whether it’s possible to add another email address or phone number to
my account, or update my primary email to a new one?
