Installation from all Heaevyocity failed und more

I can't install my HY instruments because no folder is being accepted. This includes:Master Session Ensemble DrumMaster Session Ensemble WoodMaster Session Ethnic Drum Ensemble...as well as various instruments from SonoKinetic.

I find this very frustrating, as it's not just a loss of money,but also a waste of my time, since I've been trying to install them for two months now.

Can anyone help? I would be grateful.

Would need more info to assist as the phrase "no folder is being accepted" does not really mean anything to anyone.

Screencaps or error messages from NA would really help.

Otherwise then as written by VocalPoint then we need a lot more exact information , like what you have been trying to install exactly and how and where exactly that you have been trying to install , as well as a screenshot of any errors ! Also what is your version of Native Access used ?
