I just bought the software update for Maschine 3, and I can not find it in native access at all. I only see the demo, and my MK3 has none of the new features. Can anyone help pls and thank you.
Products only appear in Native Access following a successful purchase via the NI Shop.
If your purchase was "end-to-end" good - you should have received 4 emails from NI in about a 10 minute span following purchase and the product will appear in your master product listing (Under Not Registered") when you login to your NI account on line
If the product does not appear in your NI account - anywhere - then your order is most likely under review.
In other super rare cases - you may have purchased the product with a different NI account than the one you are logging into Native Access with.
If this is case - you will never see the product for install until you login with the correct NI account.

re enter your mk3 serial number into native access , that should activate the v3 software
Hmm - any time I have purchased anything through the NI Shop - not only did I never get a serial sent to me - all serials are automatically registed to my account and never needed to be entered into NA.
Where do I find that I don't have a serial number? I thought that was strange as well.
it should be on the back on a sticker , originally it was on a card in the box
Try it , because I vaguely remember some people had this issue , launch demo and it will give you the option to activate, that should open na , enter serial
did you already have the v3 demo in NA before you brought the update
I believe the OP bought the upgrade from the shop. There won’t be a box or anything.

Fair enough. Did not think the serial for the v2 software would be identical for any upgrades.
no it wont , but upgrades are tied to the existing product , which I believe in this case is the mk3 and not the v2 software, and maybe as NA doesn’t store the hardware serial , it just need reminding that you own the mk3 , kinda how you’d unlock the v2 software, also I’m sure you still have retail mk3 with the v2 serial card in the box , but you’d get v3 as v2 is eol
As I mentioned , I sure I read of someone having a similar ( upgrade stuck in demo ) issue which they solved by re entering the mk3 serial
It could just be a delay in the system etc , but it’s worth a try
Go here and verify that there is a listing saying "Maschine 3" and "Maschine 2"https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/my-products-serials-downloads/ If Maschine 3 is listed under "Not registered" you might need to enter it's specific serial on NA2.
Confirm that the same email you used above is being used in Native Access.

Well - that is proof positive it was never registered to your account.
You need to get that serial (of the actual MK3) into NA
