Everything is working perfectly for me accept for Previews. It shows up as an "Install" option in Native Access but every time I try, it downloads the whole thing, goes through the install process and at the end says it couldn't install. It suggests some trouble shooting steps and I have completed them, but all the settings were correct to begin with, so no troubleshooting steps should be needed. Regardless, I went through them and nothing fixes it.
Even weirder, the folder where the Previews content is (NBPL) has all the samples (I know this because the size of the Samples folder contained is the same exact size of the download) so it is as if it is all there but Native Access doesn't see it as there, yet it won't let me reinstall and repair doesn't come up as an option.
What's more frustrating is the total lack of a straight ahead support ticket process. I am fed to a support bot which is very obviously broken. It just goes in a circle of the same three questions and seems to totally disregard the answers. When I try to ask it to create a a support ticket it goes into another useless loop. I will include an image to show what I mean.
