- Submit a ticket: New tickets are now submitted through our chatbot. You can still create a ticket, but give the chat bot a chance to solve your issue first. If it cannot help you, it will create a ticket for you.
- Automated solutions: You may receive an instant reply containing solutions to common questions. If these don’t address your needs, simply reply to that email and a team member will follow up.
