NA 3.22.0 wants to update

Hi team,

After installing the last update of Native Access, even if it is the last evrsion it keeps telling me its trying to update without success. I know why it fails, because it is already the last version installed but just wanted to let you know in case it is a bug to know about. Also even with all full disk access granted i have 3 products that fail to install : Rammfire, Reflektor and Traktor 12 . If you have n idea of what could be happening there, please let me know

Not seeing that here. 3.22 is not trying to update itself and remains stationary at it's current version.

I am on Windows however.

Have you given ALLNI apps including NTKDaemon full disk access. ? : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

And if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network (Ref.: How to grant audio apps access to your local network on macOS 15 Sequoia)

Else then maybe try uninstalling NA and the NTKDaemon and then reinstall latest version of Native Access for your OS ?

Also It seems that Native Access doesn't allow me any download of my purchased products anymore today, even a reinstall is not changing. i can browse, download stuff from browser but not NA2

For a re-install to have a chance to work then you will have to also manually delete / remove at least the Native Access folder. Alas then I do not know the Mac equivalent but on Windows it is located at C:\Users\[YOUR USER NAME]\AppData\Roaming\Native Instruments\Native Access and the Native Access folder contains a number of files of which can be seen on the picture below here but you need to remove that folder also after un-installation and then also reboot before reinstall…

I am on PC but using Mac OS. NA is stuck on "Calculating Time remaining" but I see from Finder recent that it is actually downloading presets and previews. I just wait to see if it complete the install and will redo the whole thing later anyway. It is a troubleshooting install before updating my main work drive

I know it's been a couple weeks, but I thought I'd chip in here that I don't have that issue on Mac (M1) or Windows (11), and both are running 3.22.0 without issue.
