my products show up in the my account page on the wesite but not in native access which is showing only 3 random things
i want to download the softwares for maschine mk3 and maschine jam
Select the Available tab at the top of the page. That should display the libraries available to be installed.
That still doesnt work, all i see is those 3
So should the All tab. All means both Installed & Available.
Tip: Check that you're logged into the same account in Native Access as you are on the NI web site. This is a common cause. Support article → HERE
It shows the one's that have been downloaded but not yet installed as "Install" on the button, and the ones available to be downloaded as "Add Product".
However I did just notice the three items listed in his screen grab shows "Install" which means they've been downloaded but haven't been installed yet. Normally if they're installed they should show "Open" or a greyed out "Installed" on that button.
As already suggested by PK The DJ then be sure to be logged into the correct account in NA (and be using latest version of Native Access for your OS) .
Else then try turning on "Show Legacy versions" , if necessary then restart computer and then open NA again with that turned on.
If still no luck then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access .
Else then what is your exact OS version (Edit : oops says macOS 15.7.2) and what is your version of NA ? .
.
P.S.
Also then most likely the Maschine 2 software is not compatible with your OS (macOS 15.7.2) why it will still not show in Native Access anyway since NA only shows software compatible with your OS !
Which might also explain why some of the other software will not show either (Not compatible with Mac OS Sequoia)….
Ref. : Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS
According to this post, Maschine 2 does work on Sequoia.
Thank you @PK The DJ for the information 🙂 .
I don't have a Mac so generally then I have to refer to the official NI what is compatible where it is not listed.
However then if it is compatible with/can be used on Sequoia and if it does not show in NA then it should still be installable using downloads from the Account downloads .
I think it's just not listed there because it's not the current version of Maschine.
Yes, that sounds plausible , on the other hand then NI would/should not list Kontakt 7 either which is also listed as compatible with Sequoia…
