I cant register my MK3 that i purchased last year

Hi,

It's been a while, but im trying to get my Maschine Mikro MK3 set up going again. I also have the mk2 but for the life of me I can't remember the email address I used to register the mk3 under, nor password.

NI support site has me going around in many circles. Is there any way I can come into human contact with their support team. Or any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I have proof of purchase, driver license, and photo of the serial number too.

Ive been back and forth with native instruments and they just give AI responses and its like they are not addressing my problem or understanding it, really wish they had a human to talk to directly, this is why i havent bought the maschine + yet, people told me back support but i didnt know it was this bad where u cant even reach one human smh

i sent them a guitar center proof of purchase, a photo of my driver license for verification that its me, a picture of the hardware serial, and i still got some AI answer 🤦‍♀️

If you've got the Mikro MK2 then presumably you've already got the required software, so there's no real need to register the Mikro MK3. Just plug it in and use it!

i been using the mk2 mikro that i bought long time ago with fl studio, my account has nothing registered under my name, thats why i need to register my product, i hope somebody can help me from support team but they only use that AI stuff now

oh and i bought the mk2 off craigslist for cheap without the software, but thats not even the focus, its the mk3 mikro

i already did that and they just sent back some bs AI robot answer, i supplied all the proof of purchase and my driver license and picture of the product and still got some ai answer which is on the website smh
