I bought the UAD NI Bundle from the NKS Store, but I never received the email with the serial numbers or the bundle download. I also opened a support ticket to ask for help, but they haven’t replied
me too.
In products stays that i own products but i never recived mail whit serials, my payed order
shows as all is ok but i never received mail with code for bundle.
If you opened a Support ticket in the correct manner and received a ticket confirmation email then you should receive a response within a few workdays.
