Can't log in to Native Access

Hello,

I'm having trouble logging into Native Access. When I try to sign in, it doesn't work (the login either fails or nothing happens). I've double-checked my email and password, and I can log in fine on the Native Instruments website — just not in Native Access.

I've already tried restarting my computer and reinstalling Native Access, but the issue remains.

Could you please help me resolve this?

Here are some details:

Operating System: MacBook Air Retina 19, MacOs: Sonoma 14.8.1
Native Access version: Latest version of Mac intel.

Have you done the Mac users must do when using N.I. software ? :

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Else then as already suggested by Vocal*Point then please supply a screenshot of the error message if any or else of 'the failure'.
