While trying to open Native Access - the process stuck on the Loading Products page.

Are you running the latest version of Native Access which is 3.20.1? Have you tried the usual advice which is uninstall, reboot, reinstall then try again?
Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS
Also be sure that you are an Administrator on the PC and that you have Administrative access.
Else then please uninstall both the Native Access and the NTKDaemon,
then use the reg tool to remove any remnants of both of them. Ref. : Fixing Software Update Installation Issues (Windows)
then reboot PC (important)
Then install latest version of Native Access for your OS as an Admin

If the above procedure fails then repeat but after uninstall then also remove all traces of Native Access and the NTKDaemon from the hard drive , then reboot and then try reinstalling again as an Admin
In my experience simply rebooting the computer has been enough.
