RISE & HIT, is not showing up in Native Access

The software I bought yesterday, RISE & HIT, is not showing up in Native Access, so I can't install it.The email said,"You will not receive an email containing your serial number. Your serial number will be automatically registered by Native Access, so you do not need to enter it yourself."However, the software I bought is not on Native Access. What should I do?

First stop is to login to your NI account (online) and see what appears under Registered Products.

If R&H is not listed - but appears instead under Unregistered Products - there is most likely an issue with your order that NI Sales is verifying.

However - if - when in your account - you do not see ANY trace of R&H - I would then check Order History. If that ends up being an issue too - you will need to contact NI Sales Support.

Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS.

First check on the MY PRODUCTS AND DOWNLOADS page to see that Rise and Hit is listed as a Registered Product .

Then make sure that you are logged into the same correct account using same email and password.

Then if the above is OK then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access.

Then if nothing of the above helps then please contact N.I. Support (all)
