Can't see Subscription Tab on Native Access

I've paid for a Music Suite Pro Subscription but the subscription tab does not appear in Native Access. (Native Access 3.20.1)

I'm logged on the same account, I've refreshed and reinstalled Native Access several times and still nothing.

All I see is the Home, Library, Updates and Discover tabs.

What am I doing wrong and how can I fix the issue?

Have you tried something simple such as log out of N.A. , reboot computer , log in to N.A. again ? (in between then that is all that it takes).

You can also try completely removing N.A. and re-install it..

Also then ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

And if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network (Ref.: How to grant audio apps access to your local network on macOS 15 Sequoia)

Else then if it is not functioning then please contact N.I. Support (all).

I was not aware of any sort of "Subscription" tab within Native Access.

Now - I am aware of the Music Production Suite Pro from iZoTope - that should simply appear as a series of products within Native Access - ready to install.

First stop for you should be your NI Account and see what is listed under Registered Products. If the suite is there - the products should be listed in Native Access. If you products are listed under Not Registered - you probably need to contact NI Support.

If you see no products at all for Music Production Suite Pro - in your NI Account - you really need to contact support. Most likely the account sync between your NI and iZoTope accounts has not occurred.

The Subscription tab is where you can view your current subscriptions. This area lets you see all of the products that are part of your subscriptions, such as the NI 360 subscription. Products that are part of the subscription are also indicated by “Subscribed” next to the product. If you need to change something about your subscription, go to Native Access’s preferences and under “General,” select “Manage Subscriptions.”

Hmm. I thought this was just for NI 360 subs? Happy to be wrong…

Thanks for the help guys!…it was actually a syncing issue with my account.

Support helped me fix it.
