Older Izotope availability to download?

I was a daily user of Izotope Music Production suite 6.5 (Ozone 11) since July of last year. After Native Instruments took over, Izotope downloads of software that I am licensed to use are no longer available on the Native Instruments website. This makes sense but makes fetching my licensed package of Izotope software impossible to download. If the software package is available only on Izotope's website, Native Instruments needs to inform their customers of the steps that are needed to retrieve these older versions of software. Please provide explicit directions to fetch older software/ software from Izotope.

The included screenshot shows that Izotope is not listed in the Brands area within Native Access. This is the logical location the Izotope software should be in.

Older iZotope software is usually still installed via the iZotope Product Portal, does that not work for you?

After revisiting the Product Portal this morning and clicking on the Native-Instruments "Take Me to the Native ID login" the application worked properly. I'm not sure why it was failing to function yesterday as everything else was working on my machine without issue but I will take it. I did have the Product Portal installed yesterday and was using it. Maybe my connection to the application server wasn't working properly - shrug - who knows.

To Native-Instruments; In the included image the "Sign In" button does not work for me. It briefly states something about the login process not functioning properly and disappears before being able to see the message (I see an orange bar briefly). I assume that it isn't logging into Izotope directly and is telling the user they must click on the 'Take me to Native ID login' button. If there is no reason to have a 'Sign In' button (because it no longer works for all users) then remove it so users don't encounter any issues during the login process!
