I have Ozone 11 standard thru Komplete Ultimate. How do I upgrade to Ozone 12? At what price?

When I bought Komplete Ultimate 15 earlier this year, I got Ozone 11 standard as part of the package. Now I see there's a release of Ozone 12. But I don't see how I upgrade through NI, or for what price. If I log into Izotope, it doesn't acknowledge that I even own Ozone 11 standard. Izotope wants the serial number, but how do I get that? How do I move forward to get Ozone 12 standard? Thanks!

When you have Ozone 11 Std. through Komplete 15 Ultimate then if you are logged in on the N.I. then the site ought to offer you a discounted upgrade price based on what you already have when you click the 'Buy now' at the Ozone 12 Standard page. However then at the moment the site does not do that. So at the moment then you have to ask N.I. Support (all).

@Jeremy_NI , maybe you should have N.I. look into why Komplete bundle Ozone owners are not offered an upgrade-pricing on Ozone 12 ?
