OK, As we're using Native Access to manage our products, register our hardware, etc, one feature is missing and I do think that this would play a huge role in managing our hardware investments better.
What if there was a way to check firmware versions for connected NI devices which were registered through Native Access and in doing so, check for firmware updates, download them and install via a usable UI?
Cnrrently, firmware updates are applied manually by downloading the installer or disk image and manually launching the software.
Presently, the mac versions of these firmware installers are inaccessible to screen readers, but there is something on the way to fix this.
So, if there's any interest for this feature, please could anyone either vote this up or leave appropriate feedback.
Another feature here would be useful for anyone dealing with beta testing support, where if you're a registered party, you could add this to your Native Access account for beta access updates, etc.
