I can't update or install anything from Native Access

I was trying to update Knotakt 8 Player and installing Guitar Rig 7 and it apperas an error called "Download Failed". I did everyting the support chat said and it didn't work. It seems a lot of people had this error in the past but none of their solutions worked. I am windows user. Here is a screenshot of the error. Could someone please help me?

Is the NTKDaemon Process and service running when you have Native Access open ? And what is the version of process ? If the process and the service is not running or has a lower version number than 1.25 then you can try to install the NTKDaemon installer manually (installer usually found in : C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\Native Access\resources\daemon\win )

Else then as a workaround then you can download the installers from Account downloads and install manually to see if that helps.
