Since the latest update I've been able to apply any serial numbers and am unable to use several products.

I am still unable to log in. I get the same message "Unable to log in. Please see our knowledge base for more information."
Here's the earlier topic I created:
When my PC was done installing "Native-Access-latest.exe" (3.19.0.554) I saw NTK wasn't installed so I installed it using the included "NTKDaemon 1.25.0 Setup PC.exe" created during installation of Native Access 2 3.19.0.554.
After reboot now I can actually open Native Access (takes around 45 minutes to load!) and yet I still can't login…
When unable to login after doing the same thing as indicated here: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/13415633434269-Native-Access-Error-Unable-to-log-inError will it work if I repeat it?
