When I'm on Native Access my serial number can not be found. I've tried everything the site tells me to do but to no avail.
You should be able to see any serials registered to your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page .
If you are referring to registering a serial in Native Access to add to your account then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS and then copy the serial and then paste it into the add serial field in Native Access.
