I canceled my 360 subscription, and it's a bit annoying to still see those products in Native Access. Does anyone know how to remove them?
Hello Lex Jimenez, as this can create some issues on yoru account, it is not generally advised or getting used to delete the subscription in your account. So, in most of the cases unregisterting the previous subscription is not possible. It simply can’t be done.
Unluckily it can’t be done even through contacting Support, since they are not able to completely remove the subscription (active or not) from your account. And it is like this from long time (it was like this also with Now subscription).
