Serial registered to another account?

Hi,

Just wanted to ask if anyone else has had the issue of a serial already being registered to another account after making a purchase of a controller on Amazon? I just got my S3, and everything was brand new, but the serial is somehow registered to another account already..

Could be a return that you got.

Please contact N.I.Support (all) with proof of purchase and a picture of the serial at the bottom of the device. Then they ought to be able to sort i out for you.

I am already in touch with the support, but I was just curious if anyone else has had a similar issue. I have been in touch with Amazon and they claim that it is not a return. Everything was also brand new when I opened it up, with no sign of anyone else tinkering around.
