Way can't I see Machine SW in Native Access after adding a serial number?

Hi. I bought a Machine Micro MK3 controller that was shown as B-Stock on Reverb. I created an account at native instruments.com, downloaded Native Access for Mac silicon, added my serial number and see it in my account properly. In the Native access library I only see the Kontact/Reaktor Player apps and Controller Editor but nothing relating to Maschine. Why is that? I tried reinstalling Native Access after making sure my serial number was accepted. In the HW services list there should be 2 NI* services but there is only one. I think this is because I did not install the Machine software. I have a MacBook Pro with Apple M2 Pro CPU, Sonoma 14.7 OS. I see where somebody fixed their issue by buying the Maschine 3 SW but I should not have to do that?

Your description is confusing , you do not tell what second N.I. device is supposed to turn up. But if it is another Maschine device then please see the JesterMgee quote inserted below here.
If anything is missing in Native Access then
first check the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page to be sure that you actually have the missing product added to your account and then make sure that you are logged into the same account in Native Access.
If product is on account but missing in Native Access then make sure that the missing product is actually compatible with the OS (it will not show in N.A. if not compatible) : Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS
Then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS
Else then if product is on account but missing in N.A. then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

There are limitations on using multiples of the same thing so you can use a Maschine, Jam and KK Keyboard together as each does a different task but you cannot use 2 maschines or 2 komplete kontrol keyboards together since only 1 is programmed to function at a time.
If you connect a second keyboard it will function only as a basic midi keyboard and will not display any actual data from Maschine on the display. Same if you have 2 KK keyboards, 1 will control the KK keyboard (usually the one you don't want to) and the other will just be midi input with no feedback from KK.
That is unlikely to ever change.
