can not access traktor pro

I bought a traktor kontrol s2 mk3 but I can not access the software because the seriel number was already used. I can not contact the preowner and the support from NI doesn't answer my two requests.

What should I do?

    Kindly contact support and submit a proof of purchase along with a photograph of the serial number located on the bottom of your device.
