What do I need to do when donating hardware to a school?

Hello.

I have a Traktor S2 MK3 that I am donating to a school, and need to know what to do with respect to deactivating my registration, so that the folks at the school can use the hardware properly. Do I use the license transfer feature? If so, what is the best way to make the transfer?
