Dear NI Support Team,
I appreciate your prompt responses, but we seem to be going in circles. Let me clearly restate my issue:
I own a legitimate license for "The Mouth" plugin
This was originally registered through Service Senter (now discontinued)
It has NEVER appeared in Native Access since the transition
I have confirmed I'm using the correct Native ID (the only one I've ever used for NI products)
The standard troubleshooting steps don't apply here because:
This is a known legacy migration issue
The product predates Native Access
I'm not having login/email issues - this is specifically about license recognition
I need you to:
Escalate this to your legacy/licensing team
Manually verify my license status xxxxxxxxxxxx@gmail.com
Provide a solution to activate "The Mouth" (manual license file, serial reactivation, or alternative solution)
I've been patient, but this is a paid product that I can no longer access due to NI's system changes. Please either:
Provide working activation method
Offer equivalent product compensation
