Hello, i recently changed my password to my izotope account but it tells me i cannot access my products and then states i have no Native ID as well which is strange as i do and used it to get into this account. Until it lets me in my Izotope account i can't make it so i use this native instruments ID to log in.

This doesn't help! Thats for product install and not my account. I cannot log into my izotope account because it claims i have a wrong password after changing it and then it just leads me to the home page page when i click on the native instruments ID option and claims i have no Native ID despite the fact i used that to make this account. Native instruments login seems to be fine. The Izotope staff are not responding. I just need my account unblocked and a new password from support staff or something which works and then be able to log into my izotope account.

Well, I see that you managed to submit a request and my colleagues got back to you this morning.

It's all good now thanks! It's just that the way to contact support staff is very confusing compared to just emailing them which i'm used to. Hopefully considering that Izotope want to make it so you use a Native ID login, the password i currently am using won't become defunct in the future whiich lets me access my older products. I can use the izotope portal both with the password i was given and using my existing Native ID which is great as i have new products if i log in using that and my older products if i use my Izotope password on the portal. If something bad happens due to website changes and Izotope let me have two Native ID's in the future that would be a workaround i suppose.
