I can't open native access on macOS 15 sequoia. Just downloaded it tells me to open the dmg. and drag and drop the app icon into the "applications" folder. Even though I've done it several times it continues to give me problems, and the same image always appears. Please I need help

Can you give more details on the problem, and what image still appears? Are you dragging the "Native Access" icon from the opened DMG window to the Applications folder rather than the disk image itself?

The problem we're experiencing is that Native Access doesn't install properly on macOS Sequoia 15 with the M2 chip. When attempting the installation, it fails to complete, and the application doesn't appear in the Applications folder, or if it does, it shows errors like "Application Failed to Launch" or issues related to access permissions.

One of the issues is related to whether we’re dragging the Native Access icon from the opened DMG window directly to the Applications folder. In my case, even when following this step, the application still doesn't seem to install correctly. There’s no clear indication of what went wrong, but it seems like there’s a conflict with either the permissions, the security settings in macOS, or some issue with how the app interacts with the M2 chip.

Despite dragging the icon to the Applications folder as instructed, it doesn’t resolve the issue, and the application either doesn't open or throws errors related to the system being unable to access or modify the necessary files.

@Mert_NI , this appear to have not been solved.

I’ve had this same issue all evening but just figured it out!! For me once the Drag and drop menu showed up again and again, all I had to do was click on the the native access icon that was on the pop up screen, rather than from the applications folder or the laptop icon. This really just seems like a TERRIBLE design flaw. Idk if I explained that well, please let me know if this works for you!!
