Komplete Kontrol S88 stuck on "Welcome!" screen after factory reset
Hello. I had some problems with my Komplete Kontrol S88 Mk3, so I resetted it back to factory settings and reinstalled Native Access app (uninstalled EVERYTHING associated with it on my PC and installed again). The problem is, when I now start the keyboard, it's stuck on the "Welcome! Add your serial in Native Access." screen. I have already downloaded NI Hardware Connection Update, but it changes nothing. In device manager, the "Kontrol S88 Mk3 ODR" device is having some problems, it cannot install the driver. I cannot choose any mode (Browser, Plug-In, DAW, MIDI), in fact there is nothing I can do with my Komplete. What should I do to play the keyboard?

Did you re-Install Hardware Connection Service using latest version of Native Access for your OS as instructed in the How to set up your Kontrol S-Series MK3 ? and tried a computer reboot ?
If so, and keyboard is not working, did you then follow the My Komplete Kontrol Keyboard Does Not Start trouble shooter ? including step 4 and 5 ?
If the keyboard is setup correctly then it ought to work using the link on the How Can I Use My Kontrol S-Series MK3 on a Different Computer? page.
Else then either you have a defect keyboard or otherwise , you might be looking at getting and trying a self powered USB-C hub with PD (power delivery) and quality cables that support both power and data transfer.
Or alternatively try an USB-C to A port adapter and then also attach an USB-C PSU capable of PD (my personal suggestion is 20W to compensate for any eventual PSU quality issues)
Please use the trouble shooter page links.

Uninstall drivers and software related to the keyboard including Hardware Connection , then reboot computer and restart installation of keyboard :
Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS

Hey, unluckily nothing has changed. I mean, something has- now my PC doesn't recognize the keyboard at all. The starting screen is still there. Meanwhile the KSMK3 updater doesn't see the keyboard as well.

@PoorFellow okay, I uninstalled Native Access and reinstalled it from the link you gave me, and, apparently- it works again! I don't really know how and why, but let's just hope it stays like that. Thanks again mate!
Also I don't wanna close this case, as I'm afraid of similar.. misterious happenings in nearest future, but thanks for your help!

@PoorFellow Hey so, as I thought, I have a other weird problem. Two problems, actually. The first one is when I try to export my MIDI Templates to PC, it doesn't open the dialogue window to let me choose save location, so I have no ability to save it whatsoever. And another problem is that now the keyboard cannot see other companies' products in my library, such as LABS and Spitfire Audio (which it previously did). Any ideas how to fix that? Thanks in advance!
