I purchased a new TRAKTOR S4 MK3. The item is faulty and I am returning it to supplier. I believe I need to deregister the S4 from my account however it shows as 'Not transferable'.
Any ideas how I proceed ?
You have to contact N.I. Account Support and explain the situation .
Transfer by user is blocked the first 60 days after registration and also I don't think that user can remove from account by other than transfer so please contact N.I. Account Support and explain the situation .

Thanks Guys. After going round in circles with the virtual agent for some time. I eventually got through to support and issue now resolved.
