Activating Kontakt 5 with Native Access

Hello,


I recently upgraded to a new computer. Windows 10 Pro OS. I originally purchased Komplete 8 Ultimate many years back and I wanted to install my old version of Kontakt 5 onto the new system using the included hard drive which came with Komplete 8 Ultimate. (I believe 5.0.1. is the version of Kontakt straight from the hard drive.)

The install went fine but when I tried to activate Kontakt from Native Access, I couldn't see nor find anything related to my purchase of Komplete 8 Ultimate at all. The system kept trying to use Service Center to activate Kontakt, which of course isn't active anymore.

Could someone please give me any advice on locating and activating my old Kontakt 5 purchase and update it through Native Access, or perhaps recommend any ways in which I can sort this out? I have the original paperwork and serial number as well, so perhaps the issue is that I am using the hard drive to transfer the software to the new computer which came with Komplete 8 Ultimate, as I purchased this many years ago so perhaps it isn't registered, as I remember the last time I activated it, I used the option to activate it "offline".
