Problems with Kontakt 8 serial

I have purchased Kontakt 8 superior version, the problem is that I enter the serial provided and it installs in demo mode. I have tried to reinstall it several times and there is no way to install it correctly. My operating system is windows 11

do you get an error when entering the serial, have you checked online in your account on the "my products and serials" page if kontakt is there registered.

As VocalPoint wrote then do not post email address or products serials online. And as VocalPoint also wrote then you appear to have bought Kontakt 8 more times so you need to explain the confusion to support and ask for a refund.

And after having N.I. support take care of refunding you the dupe license(s) then contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support and have them help you get things installed correctly.

Given all the stuff you have installed in Native Access - this directory - should look like this:
You should see numerous folders - one for each product installed via Native Access.

The folders are correct but kontakt 8 comes out demo mode. I have formatted the computer and only installed native access. Install everyone and kontakt 8 is in demo mode. I have introduced the would be facilitated by you and it is still in demo mode. There's no way it's full.

Starting to look better - but…
You need to confirm (as @Uwe303 asked) - did you check this:
My products are showing as demo in Native Access – Native Instruments
AND - even more important - have you logged into your actual NI acct (via a web browser) from the Native Instruments main website - and confirmed your actual licensed products?
Native Access - is a mirror of your NI acct. If your NI account does not list a Full license of Kontakt 8 (complete with your product ID) - having it show up as Demo in Native Access - is 100% normal.
Furthermore - if you purchased Kontakt 8 FROM the NI Shop - you would have needed to login to make that purchase and the Kontakt 8 product ID from your purchase would be automatically registered to your account - meaning you do not need to add it manually via Native Access.
We need to confirm these suggestions before more troubleshooting.

That layout does not seem normal either. You do not require all three of these. The Kontakt 8 Update should be all you need.
And whatever email you are using to login to your NI Acct must be identical when you log into Native Access.
